Tora is a Nopon who wanted to be a Blade Driver in Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

Tora first appears in Book 2 towards the end of the Book leading an all-Nopon party to rescue Scrooge and his family from certain death when the first attempt to reclaim Duckburg fails.
In Book 3, Tora gets along with Della Duck while Donald recovers from injuries sustained by Azula. When Donald wakes up, he develops bad blood with the Nopon reminding the bad-tempered duck of his feud with Chip and Dale the chipmunks. Tora eventually becomes Della's second-best friend following Selene which the Nopon blushes to. Tora eventually gets an artificial Blade, Poppi QT.
Tora is said to be the best mechanic and masseur for girls in the Anti-Fire Nation Coalition army.
